Who we are

Gold Coast Drain & Pipe is a referral service operated by Duy Digital. We connect people on the Gold Coast with independent, licensed plumbers.

What we collect

When you call us or send the callback form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, suburb, the problem and any notes. Calls through our number are logged and may be recorded so we can check service quality and resolve disputes. We also keep basic technical data such as the page you sent the form from.

How we use it

We pass your details to one licensed plumber so they can contact you about your job. We don't sell your details or send them to multiple companies, and we don't use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records and call logs are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@goldcoastdrainandpipe.com. If you're not happy with how we handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
